🌲 Fossdalen – Our New Home

We are now the proud owners of a 19th-century farm in the municipality of Kvinesdal, surrounded by 388 hectares of forest, streams, and waterfalls — our very own Fossdal, which means “Waterfall Valley.”

We first discovered this farm online last year, and it never left our minds. When we finally visited in June, we immediately knew: this was the one. That feeling we’d been waiting for with six other farms — it was here from the very first moment. It felt as though this place had been waiting for us all along.

Alongside Lilly’s Fable, we hope to build something truly special in Fossdalen. We’ll be offering four cosy cabins for guests, and in time, we dream of hosting retreat weeks — a space for those seeking peace, simplicity, and connection with nature.

A place where you hear the sound of flowing water, where silence can exist, and where you can work with your hands — on something beautiful, or simply on yourself.

Fossdalen will soon have its own website, but for now, we’re unpacking, exploring the land, and beginning our new life here in Norway. 💛
