Ordering
All prices in the webshop are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Most products are subject to the standard VAT rate. Some items (such as books or artworks) may fall under a different rate. The applicable rate is always clearly stated on the product page. Shipping costs are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
As each item is handmade, slight variations in shape, colour, or glaze may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of Lilly’s Fable and are not considered defects.
Payment can be made securely via:
- iDEAL
- PayPal
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard and Maestro)
- Bank transfer (advance payment)
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within 24 hours, please contact us.
For payments by bank transfer, the amount must be paid within 6 days of placing the order. If payment is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you to find a suitable solution together. If you choose to cancel the order, any amount already paid will be refunded within 7 days.

Shipping
Each item from Lilly’s Fable is handmade in our studio in Norway. We ship worldwide with care, carefully packed and sent with tracked shipping.
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates.
Lilly’s Fable is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transport by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards a suitable solution together.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it can be reshipped in consultation, provided that the additional shipping costs are paid.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Only unused and undamaged items, in their original condition and packaging, are eligible for return.
Returns must be registered in advance by email, including the order number.
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
