By placing an order or using our firing service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Orders


All prices in the webshop are listed in euros and include VAT.

Most products are subject to the standard 21% VAT rate, but some items (such as books or art) may qualify for a reduced rate. The applicable VAT rate is clearly stated per product. Shipping costs are not included, unless otherwise specified.


You can pay securely via:

 • iDEAL

 • PayPal

 • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro)

 • Bank transfer (prepayment)


After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch. Payment must be received within 6 days of ordering; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


If an item turns out to be unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss the options. If you decide to cancel, we’ll refund your payment within 7 days.



Shipping


Orders are shipped via PostNL (or a comparable carrier). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code.


Lilly’s Fable is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we’ll contact you and offer to resend it at your expense.



Returns


You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Only unused and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return. Please notify us via email before sending back your items and include your order details.


Once we’ve received and checked the return, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.



Firing Service

 • The firing service is available only to those with prior experience in working with ceramics. No experience? We unfortunately cannot accept your work.

 • Work can only be delivered and picked up by appointment.

 • Items must be delivered in a lidded crate, clearly labeled with your name and phone number, and padded with protective material (e.g., towels).

 • Work from regular customers takes priority. During busy periods, firing may take longer — this will always be discussed in advance.

 • All work must be bone dry and free of filler materials. Damp or wet items will not be accepted.

 • You’ll receive a message when your work is ready to be picked up. Items must be collected within two weeks. After that, we reserve the right to discard them.

 • The underside of your work must not be glazed.

 • Damage to the kiln or kiln shelves caused by incorrect use of glaze will be charged to the customer and must be paid upon collection.

 • Only glazes and clays we are familiar with are accepted.

 • We do not fire lead-based or otherwise toxic glazes.

 • No paper clay, glass, metal, rice, or other foreign materials are allowed in your work.

 • We handle all work with care, but Lilly’s Fable cannot be held liable for breakage or damage during the firing process.



Privacy


Your personal data will only be used to process your order or respond to your enquiry. We do not share your data with third parties. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.



Intellectual Property


All content on this website — including images, texts, and designs — is protected by copyright. Any use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited, unless explicitly agreed upon for promotional purposes.



Liability


Lilly’s Fable is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during visits or when using our services. Security cameras may be in use to protect work and property.
